By registering a vehicle, applying as a sponsor or vendor, or attending Turkey & Tailpipes (the "Event"), you acknowledge that motorsport and outdoor gathering events carry inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and vehicle damage. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and attendance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants and attendees release Detailed Solutions, Ironbridge Sports Park, the Chesterfield Food Bank Outreach Center, and their respective owners, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from participation in or attendance at the Event, except for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Vehicles are displayed and parked at the owner's own risk. Event organizers are not responsible for theft, vandalism, weather damage, or mechanical issues affecting any vehicle on-site. Participants are encouraged to lock vehicles and secure valuables.
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, you grant Detailed Solutions and its designees permission to use photos, video, and likenesses captured at the Event for promotional purposes, including on the event website and social media, without compensation.
Turkey & Tailpipes is a rain-or-shine event unless conditions require postponement or cancellation for safety reasons. Schedule, activities, and vendor lineup are subject to change without notice. Updates will be posted to the event website and social media where possible.
Car registration fees, sponsorship contributions, and vendor fees are non-refundable except where required by law, including in the event the Event is cancelled by the organizers. Food donations are voluntary and are not a condition of car registration. Canned food and non-perishable donations collected at the gate benefit the Chesterfield Food Bank Outreach Center.
Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry, remove any vehicle, or ask any attendee to leave for unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful conduct, without refund. All attendees are expected to comply with instructions from event staff and volunteers.
Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for their supervision and conduct throughout the Event.
